  4. recycle paper. All paper waste from  TIME's printing presses is
  5. reclaimed, as is trim from the binderies. Unsold newsstand
  6. copies of the magazine are returned to the wholesaler for
  7. recycling. The magazine cannot be printed on recycled paper
  8. because quality coated paper is necessary for the best
  9. reproduction of four-color photographs and legible type.
